L M15 September 2026I was charged with misdemeanor assault, and the consequences of the arrest were devastating. I lost my career in federal law enforcement based on the arrest and a social media post alone, before my case was ever resolved. I had spent nearly 30 years building my career, professional reputation, and integrity, and I was determined to clear my name and protect the reputation I had worked my entire adult life to build. When I hired Tamara, I was very clear about what I wanted. I did not want a diversion program or an agreement simply to make the case go away.
